CHOLESTEROL LOWERING CHUTNEY
Ingredients:
1 cup Mint
1/2 cup Coriander
leaves
3-4 Green
chillies
1’ Ginger
10 -15 cloves Garlic
1 Avocado
1/2 tbsp Nigella
seeds
½ cup Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Flax
seeds
1 tsp Psyllium
husk (optional)
2-3 Lemons
To taste Rock
salt
Enough Olive oil to make a smooth paste
Method:
Roast Nigella seeds and Flax seeds coarsely. Add the sesame
seeds, rock salt and grind them.
To this add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies,
ginger, garlic, avocados and grind to a smooth paste.
Squeeze in the juice of 2-3 lemons (or to taste) and enough
Olive Oil; mix well.
PS: Adding Psyllium husk is optional.
